Taylor Swift Being Sued for Millions by Former Manager

New York) - A music executive who claims he is responsible for the success of Taylor Swift is pursuing her for millions of alleged unpaid commissions.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dan Dymtrow Swift says he signed a management contract in April 2004, suggest the artist's wife, and then presented it to Scott Borchette Chief Big Machine Records, who signed it. Dymtrow said he had an agreement with Swift and his parents to pay between five and 10 percent commission from his career, but he claims he was fired so they can avoid paying for when she signed his record deal.

For its part, the family claims Dymtrow Swift never had court approval of management contract it signed with Taylor, he needed because she was underage at the time. The family said, she said, duly confirmed the agreement in 2005, just months before she signed with Big Machine and the year before she released her first single.
Taylor's lawyer says the Hollywood Reporter, "for him to argue that its success and its major contracts have been purchased by him is ridiculous."

Last week, attorney Dymtrow sent a letter to the court, arguing that the manager was the victim of a conspiracy between a father and Scott Taylor Borchette. Lawyer introduced as evidence in the 2006 E-mail Borchette Swift, that Swift said. "Enough with Dymtrow You asked me to break both legs, wrapped in chains and thrown into the water. I did." Dymtrow said e-mail proves that Swift and Borchette plot to shoot, and he suggests that they have tried to avoid paying what is owed.

In addition to reduced turnover of Dymtrow Taylor also wants to direct performances, because he claims he introduced the officers who ended up booking all tours. Regarding the claim goes, expect Taylor said: "To say that is worth millions is just far too high."
