Is Lindsay Lohan Going Back to Jail This Week?

For now, what's better for Lindsay Lohan: more liberty or more rehab?

That is the question of a judge in Beverly Hills on Friday, should be at the actress faces a probation violation hearing because a drug test last month in his DUI case.

Lohan, 24, was ordered to appear in person, voluntarily in the past three weeks at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California - will be sentenced to imprisonment for 24 September - at least the fifth time in rehab.

"The key here is to make progress in treatment," says Steve Sitkoff defendants in criminal matters, which is not involved in the case. "The better it will be thrown in rehab, Judge Elden Fox is less likely to jail."

All kinds of scenarios could play on Friday:

• Lohan could not be found injured and returned to jail on the square

• The actress was ordered to remain in rehab instead of jail

• You can skip the hearing off if his lawyer can provide a letter from the Betty Ford Center, to demonstrate their progress

• J. Fox could move the hearing and together see how the treatment is not

"Judge Fox to offset this is to help Lindsay to addiction or punish it with imprisonment," Sitkoff. Said: ". But if it continues to mess up by not following the orders of the Court, he will not hesitate to lock"
